How do you ensure the fruit stays fresh during shipping?
We pick our fruit at the peak of ripeness and pack it in specially designed, eco-friendly insulated packaging. We use expedited shipping to ensure that your order arrives from our farm to your doorstep in 1-2 days.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer organic certified products?
Yes, Frog Hollow Farm is a certified organic orchard. We use sustainable farming practices and do not use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers on our fruit.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and leaves the farm, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your home.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping rates may vary for addresses outside the contiguous United States, and certain agricultural restrictions may apply to specific states.
